Workshop 1: Caregiver Burnout Workshop
Nazareth Care Africa will be presenting a workshop for caregivers who are feeling the strain of caring for a loved one. Due to additional restrictions caused by Covid-19, many home caregivers have been strained and are bordering on burnout. This causes great risks for not only the patient but the caregiver too. The workshop will be presented by Melody Ziervogel, Letitia Strauss and Dr Hans Woermann. The workshop will cover practical steps, exercises, and tips on dealing with caregiver fatigue and burnout. After the workshop there will be an opportunity for all attendees to ask questions.
