About
Frail Care
When an individual is no longer able to see to their needs independently, frail care offers a practical solution. Frail care is generally long-term and offers access to support 24 hours a day. Our frail care team provides assistance with all daily activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and nutrition.
Nazareth Care offers frail care assistance without compromising independence. Our facilities emphasise communal activities, allowing residents to enjoy vital social interaction in a safe environment that allows mobility. Wellbeing is monitored round the clock by our multidisciplinary team, ensuring residents receive high-quality care adapted to their specific needs.
At the frail care stage, a person would require much nursing, and he/she may need help with dressing, washing, toileting, and eating and may or may not be bedridden. A frail person may also be physically ok but mentally frail, requiring constant supervision.
Benefits of
Frail Care

Safety of Your Loved One
Your loved one’s safety is of the utmost importance – our facilities are carefully designed to encourage mobility while MINIMISING RISKS of falls. Wide halls, strategic furniture placement, and adaptive equipment, such as wheelchairs and standing frames, allow residents to remain active with confidence.

Grooming
Our organisation places a high value on DIGNITY. We offer respectful assistance with personal grooming and ablutions that allow residents to maintain their sense of self-worth and PRIVACY.

Nutrition Monitoring
A balanced diet is vital, especially when short or long-term illness increases nutritional demands on the body. Our protein-based meals help prevent loss of muscle mass, and EXTRA CARE is taken to monitor fluid intake to prevent dehydration. Residents are encouraged to enjoy their meals in the communal dining area, with feeding-assistance always available.

Peace of Mind
When you have a loved one as a member of Nazareth Care, you can REST ASSURED that they are receiving expert, personalised care in a safe, compassionate environment.

Prevention
Pressure sores are a common health risk for the elderly, especially those with limited mobility. Through CONSTANT MONITORING and other preventative measures, Nazareth Care reduces the risk of pressure sores.

Personal Wellbeing
Mental and emotional WELLBEING are essential to overall health. Our communal social and dining areas encourage residents to interact and develop FRIENDSHIPS, thereby combatting isolation and depression.
